Great staff and location! The central downtown location was super convenient, with easy access to public transportation. The friendly staff provided excellent service and the private room I stayed in was well maintained and clean. , the fact that the hotel had a renovated room with a TV and fridge was a nice bonus.
To consider. the bathroom sharing situation was a bit challenging, especially with 10 people sharing.

Nice, pretty cozy hostel. It was quiet and comfortable enough. Tasty coffee at the reception. Shared shower. But it's clean.

During my recent stay at Music City Hotel, I had a wonderful experience. The hotel had a cool and rock and roll vibe, with unique decor featuring music memorabilia. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with fluffy quilts and sturdy bunk beds. I also appreciated the en-suite bathroom and mini kitchenette in my room.
While there were some minor drawbacks, such as the nearby homeless street and the smell of marijuana in the hallways, these did not significantly impact my overall experience. Additionally, the noise level could sometimes be a bit high, with rehearsals and people talking loudly in the hallways, but it didn't disturb my sleep too much.

it's the first time I've found a hostel I want to go back to! The rooms are small, but there's everything and even a table with a chair. The hostel itself is large!!!! Breakfast is minimalistic which is typical for the U.S., coffee tea apples:)
a bigger bathroom

A modest but very clean room. Wonderful musical entourage of the hotel, conveys the spirit of San Francisco. Good location, personal room has everything you need: a refrigerator and microwave.
The price per night is high.

We had a wonderful stay at this super comfortable hostel. It felt more like a hotel but at a hostel price. The 6-bed dorm was spacious and had a large bathroom and complete kitchen. The daily housekeeping and soft, big towels provided added to our comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even helping us with printing documents and lending a hairdryer. The location was perfect for walking to nearby attractions, and having a fridge in the room saved us money. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Music City Hotel - Home Of The San Francisco Music Hall Of Fame.

My partner and I recently stayed at Music City Hotel - Home Of The San Francisco Music Hall Of Fame and we had a fantastic time. The music facilities were top-notch, with private studios to practice and even a stage in some of them. As music enthusiasts, this was a dream come true. The staff was incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We also loved the free tea and the fact that they provided free luggage storage. The beds were incredibly comfortable and our room was spacious. The daily maid service, where they made our bed and provided fresh towels, was a nice touch. Having 24/7 access to the microwave and hot water was also very convenient.
While our stay was mostly wonderful, there were a few areas that could be improved. there were not enough toilets and it could get quite crowded in the mornings.

the hostel was smaller than other hostels, but it made for a quiet and peaceful stay. The location was fantastic, close to amenities and a great brunch spot. The staff, especially Jeff, were amazing and gave great advice about the city.
No main kitchen in the hostel.

I recently stayed at Music City Hotel for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The reception staff, particularly the helpful women, were a standout feature. The room, themed after Stevie Knicks, was cool and comfortable. The hotel provided free apples, coffee, and other amenities like towels, shampoo, and soap. They even had a microwave and free maps available for guests to use. The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean. The staff, made up of people from diverse backgrounds and countries, were all friendly and helpful. I appreciated the little touches like the bananas, tea, coffee, and microwave access, especially after a long day of exploring.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to the city center and key attractions. We enjoyed being able to walk to shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns we had. Another advantage was the cleanliness of the bathrooms, which were well maintained and had all the necessary amenities.
One downside was the lack of facilities, especially in the common area. There were uncomfortable chairs and a lack of seating options, which made it difficult to relax and socialize.

The location of the hotel was great, super close to all the main attractions and easy to get around. The staff were also friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions and provide recommendations. The price was also affordable, making it a budget-friendly option for a stay in the city.
There were a few downsides to my experience. the walls were extremely thin, and I could hear everything going on in the hotel, including bands rehearsing all day until late at night.

The musician memorabilia and pictures were enjoyable. Stayed in the Metalica room, small but had nice band photos and feather stoles. The guitar on the wall was even in tune. Service decent, private and clean restrooms. Nearby interesting and not touristy area with great food options. Comfortable beds, four pillows provided, made daily. Music studios available for guest use for a couple of hours. Occasionally host cool music events. Fridge in the room. Friendly staff and personal bathroom access. Nice rooms and comfortable beds.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
